THEA & KAY'S CUSTOMIZATION WORKSHOP
Here's where we bring your dream jewelry designs to life! Our customization options offer two distinct paths to create your perfect piece:
- Modify Existing Designs: Adjust the length, width, or weight; switch a pearl for a diamond; add gemstones; include an engraving; create quarter-ring sizes; swap out clasps, and more with any of our current designs available on our website.
- Create Your Own Design: Dream up any custom design your heart desires!
OUR CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS IS SIMPLE
Step One
INQUIRY
Fill out our contact form below. Our designers will start by communicating with you, understanding your vision and what you're looking for.
STEP TWO
QUOTATION
We’ll provide you with a custom quote based on your requirements for your approval.
Step Three
3D MOCK-UP
If you’re happy with the quote, our designer will create a detailed 3D mock-up of your unique jewelry piece, including precise measurements from every angle.
Step Four
FEEDBACK & ALTERATIONS
Feedback & Alterations: Review the mock-up and suggest any changes or alterations. With your approval, we’ll move on to creating your one-of-a-kind piece.
STEP FIVE
PRODUCTION & TRY-ON
Once production is complete, we’ll mail the piece to you for a try-on. You can provide feedback or alteration requests, and we offer one round of complementary alterations after production (please note, alterations cannot be significantly different from the approved design; changes to the amount of gemstones, diamonds, chain, or link style are not possible. Minor alterations refer to adjustments in length and sizing).
STEP SIX
FINAL TOUCHES
After any necessary adjustments, your unique jewelry piece will be finally yours and truly one of a kind!
