What is made-to-order?
Every piece we create is one-of-a-kind and made-to-order for its owner. Please allow a processing and production time of approximately 10 - 15 business days. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.
Rest assured, these 18k solid gold pieces will be well worth the wait!
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed with us first go through processing and production, then we hand it off to our friendly shipping partner who will have your package delivered within 1-5 business days (depending on the shipping method selected).
As soon as your order ships, you can keep track of its every move thanks to a shipping confirmation email sent directly to your inbox.

Where is my order?
Shopping with us should be an effortless experience, but if you’ve been looking for your confirmation or shipping emails without success— we can help.
It's likely that something went wrong in the email address department. Please email our team at contact@thea-kay.com and give them your order number (ex: #123456) so they can look into it!
If everything checks out on their end, then most likely your shipment is still going through its processing stages before getting to you safely - no need to worry!
Can I update or cancel my order? How about changing the shipping address?
You can customize your order to perfection - up until 24 hours after placing it! After this timeframe, our hardworking team will have already moved swiftly on getting your golden goodies in the mail as soon as possible.
If something needs adjusting simply shoot an email within 24 hours over at contact@thea-kay.com and we'll do our best to accomodate your requests!
What if I received a wrong item or my jewelry is defective?
Oops! We don't take missteps lightly here at Thea & Kay.
If you find yourself on the receiving end of a faulty piece or something that wasn’t what you expected, contact us immediately at contact@thea-kay.com with your order number and photos to get it sorted out.
Our team is standing by - no need to worry about being stuck with anything less than perfect jewelry from us!
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Worried about returning an item you don't like? Don't worry, Thea & Kay got your back!
We are happy to offer a 30-day return window to your original payment method starting from the day your jewelry gets delivered. You can request a return by sending us an email at contact@thea-kay.com. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable, a return shipping fee of $20 is deducted from the refund amount.
In order to qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned must be in all original packaging (tags and box included).
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
Due to the personalized nature of our customized orders, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for cancellations once the design process has begun.
All engraved and customized items, gift cards and store credits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Just remember: please make sure what's sent back matches up with what was purchased - otherwise we won't be able to process the return.
When will I get my refund?
We offer a speedy returns process – if your return is accepted, we will process it in just 7 business days from when we receive it back in our warehouse.
Do watch out for a confirmation email and keep in mind that your credit card may take another 2-10 business days after return processing before reflecting on your account balance - simple as that!
Can I return a gift?
Missed the mark with your gift? No problem - we've got you covered.
Just double check our return policy to make sure it's eligible and send us an email at contact@thea-kay.com requesting a label for its safe journey back home! In order to process that pronto, be sure to include all the necessary details in the email:
1. Order number or gifter name and address.
2. The address where the jewelry will be shipped from.
3. Your email address associated wiith your account so we can apply the store credit once the return is processed.

What is your exchange policy?
Need to exchange something within 30 days of delivery? We make it easy! Just have your order confirmation email, gift card or gift receipt ready and send us an email at contact@thea-kay.com.
Please note all exchange requests will need to meet the same qualifications listed in our Return Policy.

How to care for my 18K gold jewelry?
18k gold is an absolutely spectacular metal, but its beauty can be subject to the ravages of time. Thankfully, a little TLC goes a long way in restoring those glimmering yellow luster and shine!

Remember, just like overexposure to a bad joke can ruin the punchline - too much bleach with your gold will take its toll!
Cleaning:
When cleaning is needed, use only detergent-free soap and water - then gently brush away any dirt before giving each piece its own 'rinse & dry' session using a lint-free cloth.
Storage:
Keep your 18k pieces looking it's best by storing them safely in a dry spot, like Thea & Kay's original packing box.

Do you offer any warranty?
Absolutely! Let us make sure your 18k gold shines on in the years to come. Our commitment to quality and craftsmanship is firm, so you can depend upon our 18k fine jewelry for a lifetime of sparkle! We stand by it with services guaranteed – now that's some serious bling-bling protection!
Our lifetime warranty will have your back no matter what! Our 18k gold jewelry is made with the highest quality and comes along with a generous lifetime warranty to make sure you never need to worry about any possible damages due to manufacturing defects.
Because each piece of our collection is handmade, it include its own unique character - slight variations in color or size add charm that can’t be replicated anywhere else. Surface scratches from daily wear is normal and expected. These are all a part of owning something special and not because of manufacturing defects.
Our lifetime warranty is not applicable to lost, discarded or misplaced items. Additionally, it does not cover any damage caused by everyday wear and tear as well as goods bought from third-party vendors or altered in anyway by a third party.

Our Lifetime Concierge Promise is a complimentary addition to every jewelry purchase. We kindly request that you cover the cost of round-trip shipping. Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks for the concierge cleaning and restoration service to be completed to perfection.
